📄 Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Cargo Trinity Trailers, all trailer sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a trailer has been purchased or delivered.

 

Custom Orders

For custom-built trailers, an invoice with the chosen options is sent to the customer for approval. Customers must provide confirmation that they have all necessary details before we place the order with the manufacturer. A deposit of $300 is required to initiate production. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the order with the manufacturer.

 

The estimated delivery date is communicated at the time of order, and we maintain constant communication if any changes occur. Once the trailer is completed, customers can either pick it up at our location or arrange for delivery.

 

Deposits

The $300 deposit for custom trailers is never refundable, except in the rare case that the trailer delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications (e.g., wrong size, color, or major feature).

 

Final Sale

All orders are final. Customers accept the terms, the specifications, and the manufacturer’s warranty. Payments are non-refundable once the trailer has been delivered or picked up.

 

Damaged or Defective Units

Customers must inspect the trailer upon delivery or pickup. Any visible damage must be reported immediately. After acceptance, we are not responsible for damages reported later.
